Spring!

The Spring session of classes begins March 27, 2017. We are offering a wide range of classes from beginner to experienced with morning, mid-day and evening possibilities. We have some new classes with a special focus on kids or teens or Yin Yoga. You might want to book your dates for yoga nidra. Clear out the clutter as the season changes, adopt healthy habits, get ready for gardening, cycling and all your favourite outdoor activities. Hope to see you in the studio soon!
