We are just wrapping up the spring session here at the studio and looking forward to summer offerings:

Summer schedule is now available and you can register at any time. The summer session runs July 3 – August 31.

Start your summer off by attending the Peterborough Yoga Festival on June 23. I’ll be there with a booth and also will be teaching a class from 4:30 – 5:30 pm –  Mudra Medicine Chest: a peek into some simple practices to address everyday challenges. Asana and mudra meditations to help you cope with headaches, back pain, joint and muscle issues, digestive balance and finding your way to a good night’s sleep. Hope to see you there!

Introducing Remedy For Everyday Life Boxes!

These are tool kits I’ve been developing to help you resolve everyday issues. As you know I’ve been practicing body focused therapies for a number of years and more recently have been granted official recognition as a certified yoga therapist. I’ve selected five common issues that come up in my practice over and over, gathered some tools together  and  placed them carefully in a box for you to take home. You really can take your yoga therapist home with you!
