Treat yourself to a half day, online, stay-at-home retreat in your own space!

Start with a vata balancing asana class to ground and calm your system. Followed by a seated meditation practice introducing you to mudras to support you as you move through the fall season. Learn yoga techniques and tools to bolster your immune system, including daily practices, herbs and oils and well as pranayama. Finish your retreat with a restorative practice and yoga nidra.
