Winter Solstice Class

This is a deeply grounded class of hip releases and heart openers to support compassion for ourselves and others. A candle lighting prayer and mudra meditation to welcome the return of the light.
End of Year Ritual

Set aside of some sacred time for self care and ceremony. A way to process our experience of the last year, an invitation into the present moment and sowing the seeds for the future. Set your sails for the new year through movement, contemplation and breath.
