Once a month, in-person, yoga therapy workshops for small groups. Each offering has a specific focus and introduces you to the yoga tools you need to stay healthy. Workshops vary in length from 2 – 4 hours and include yoga asana practice, meditation tools and content notes.

September – Daily Routines + Digestive Fire

We function better with routines. Re-set your day and improve your digestion. Tools and techniques to get you back on track. You will be introduced the Ayurvedic daily practices called dinacharya. Learn ways to enhance digestive fire to balance your digestive system whether your digestion is over or under active.
