Introducing the 10 class card. You can create your own yoga intensive, attending as many classes as you like, adjust your class time to when you are available, find the class that fits you best.

Integrative yoga:
Already available in private sessions. Integrative yoga group classes are coming this fall. Are you coping with issues that keep you from living a full and joyful life? These classes are created for specific populations with thematic content to give you tools to enhance your health and well-being.
