Bounce-Back-Ability

Are you between the ages of 50 – 65, unemployed or underemployed (20 hours a week or less), trying to find a job and suffering from anxiety? This is a yoga program designed to help you survive and build resilience while facing the challenges of career or employment change. Not just another resume workshop but tools to create health and well-being while supporting direction and focus. Learn to manage anxiety and lessen the impact of stress. Move forward, healthier, more grounded and open to new possibilities.
