Hello from Inner Quiet Yoga!

We are partway through our Early Winter session (Jan 4 – Feb 12) of online classes. We’ve been working our way through the chakra system, using this energy based roadmap to deepen our understanding of ourselves.

We’ll be taking a screen break Feb 15 – 19.

In the Late Winter session (Feb 22 – April 2), as we continue to navigate these challenging times, we’ll be focusing on deep self care through practicing kindness, cultivating compassion, finding faith in the unfolding of life, shifting our perspective, being of service and uncovering our courage.
